I’m a brand strategist, campaign partner, and writer who works across social media, influencer marketing, events, and messaging. My thing is helping brands figure out what they actually want to say, and then making sure everything they put into the world supports that story.

I grew up in Maine, which probably explains why I like things a little wild, a little real, and a little outside the box.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with outdoor, lifestyle, and specialty food brands helping them connect with the right audience through content, partnerships, and experiences that feel human instead of forced.

Basically, I love when strategy and storytelling line up.

Outside of work, I’m cooking up new recipes or trying out the latest restaurant, teaching yoga, lifting heavy, fly fishing, riding motorcycles, or planning my next backpacking trip.
